The 55 Aniversario 2021 celebrates five decades of craftsmanship and excellence from Habanos, marking a significant milestone in the brand's history. This limited edition cigar is a testament to the artistry and tradition of Cuban cigar-making, featuring a meticulously aged blend wrapped in a carefully selected leaf. With a robust 54-ring gauge and a length of 150mm, the 55 Aniversario offers a smoking experience that combines both grandeur and elegance.
Had the privilege of sampling this cigar at the Cohiba 55 event in Athens, Greece. As expected it was a glorious cigar, with unmatched complexity and excellent costruction. The Victoria vitola is indeed a very nice.
Obviously being at the launch with a friend and sampling it, was a nice reason to try this, since after learning its expected price (497 euros per stick) I truly cannot think of an event in my life that this would be a good moment to light it up.
We were given 2 of these after the event which now only adds to my worries about the state of my humidor.
